the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of the people you love. When you learn to tap into this source, you will truly have defeated age.” ~ Sophia Loren~ Thanks to Carol Kolenda of California for contributing the above quote. I love it! Table of Contents 1. Welcome Notes Aloha and welcome once again! Thank you for passing this newsletter along to others you know who would be inspired by Alive! With Creating. We are a community of approximately 1,000 readers now. With spring, aliveness, rejuvenation and awakening are everywhere, as experienced in Mother Nature and in our own natures. As our senses awaken from the long winter’s rest, so can our passion, our energies, our knowings, our joy, and our love. Enjoy the bright, vibrant colors of the new spring flowers, the lush greens after the rain, ripening fruits, and late spring snow (in Hawaii)? Wow! It’s the coffee trees in abundant bloom with their tiny star-like white blossoms! Here we are in awe at the towering jacaranda trees aglow in purple majesty, showering their flowers like a soft gentle carpet. And babies and moms…chicks, whales, dolphins…a time of birthing and nurturing. I hope you make some time to enjoy the changes in Nature and in your nature and maybe even write a rhyme or a poem or a jot down your feelings during this sacred time of awakening to life! 2. You have used sound and movement to release anger and fear. Let’s do the same by humming out confusion or stuckness by making quick, sharp contractions. Push and pull the space around you, jab the air, punch and kick. The sound to make while you are jabbing punching and kicking is eah! eah! eah! eahh! EAHH! Next let’s release and hum out sadness and tears by melting, softening, sinking, making contracted gasping, moaning, groaning humming tones that dissolve all the dry hardened parts of you into heartfelt gratefulness. aaaahhh ahhh ahhh ahaa AAHHH AAHHH HHHHH! Hum out joy by making quivering excited micro-movements, titillating, tickling, exploding all over your body with ecstatic joy. uhhh! uhhh! uuuuUHH! UHHHHHHH! Elisa’s, work is so powerful, we can reclaim our well-being through owning our suppressed emotions, giving them a voice and literally moving them out. Share with me any insights you experience.
